Refund policy

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or for changing your mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email mygrumpysanta@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and put Return in the subject line. Include your order number and clear photos of the problem. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund.
